The Foundry District Developers Announce Expansion Plans

One of Fort Worth’s most colorful developments, The Foundry District, is preparing for growth. 

Developer M2G Ventures announced Monday that construction on a new building and additional office space for the district will begin in August.

The building, located at 212 Carroll St. and appropriately dubbed “212 Carroll,” will span 8,000 square feet and have a mid-century modern design, with space for restaurants with patios, office and retail. Read More.
