M2G Ventures Fills Up PROTO Park in Dallas’ Brookhollow Submarket

PROTO Park, M2G Ventures’ urban industrial redevelopment at 3200 Irving Blvd. in Dallas, is now fully occupied with the 23,874-square-foot lease to Preziosa Stone. 

M2G Ventures, a Fort Worth-based real estate investment and development company, acquired the more than 250,000-square-foot warehouse in 2021.

PROTO Park was transformed from a 1960s brick warehouse into a destination for logistics companies, consumer distribution tenants and e-commerce players. PROTO Park is located three miles from Uptown Dallas, four miles from Dallas Love Field, and five miles from downtown Dallas.

It is situated within the Brookhollow submarket adjacent to Dallas’ Design District, one of DFW’s top industrial market infill locations.

Leasing momentum for M2G-developed properties continues with space availability at Archetype (2,500 to 25,500 square feet available) at 3131 Irving Blvd., and Woodall (50,508-square-foot full building opportunity) at 4919 Woodall St., both in the Brookhollow submarket.
