Ground-up construction or purchase of Class A new development of multi-tenanted in fill shallow bay warehouse and distribution buildings sized 50,000-250,000 square feet.

Urban Industrial

Redevelopment of “inner loop” industrial buildings for last mile distribution, showroom, light production and/or creative office users.

Adaptive Reuse / Mixed-Use District

Aggregate and reposition industrial buildings to create new commercial hubs for emerging neighborhoods.


Purchase land that is in target core submarkets that is ready for vertical development in the next 24-36 months.
