Dallas-Fort Worth MSA, Austin-Round Rock MSA, San Antonio-New Braunfels MSA.

Product Types

Industrial (Distribution, Warehouse, & Manufacturing), Flex, Development Land, High Street and Neighborhood Retail.

Deal Size

$10M to $100M.
