Mule Alley in Stockyards ― New Tenants Announced

Stockyards Heritage Development Co. has announced a slate of new tenants coming to the Fort Worth Stockyards.

The Stockyards Heritage team announced plans in August of 2018 to restore and rehabilitate 180,000 square feet of historic Horse and Mule Barns, known as Mule Alley. The project is anchored by Hotel Drover, a new Autograph Collection boutique hotel. The four-star, 200-room hotel includes an event barn and meeting rooms. It’s expected to open in the fall of 2020.

Hotel Drover will include its signature restaurant, 97 West, that will feature regional cuisine from executive chef Jenna Kinard.

Since that announcement, Fort Worth’s M2G Ventures has joined the team to help bring together the rest of the tenants. “This is certainly not your typical leasing assignment,” says Jessica Miller, principal of M2G. “It is a rare opportunity to take our relationships with established western brands, tastemakers, progressive merchants, and savvy local entrepreneurs in the culinary, entertainment, and creative fields and challenge them to embrace the re-imagined Stockyards.” Read More Here.
