M2G Ventures Plans to Upgrade Former Tuesday Morning Distribution Facilities in Farmers Branch

Real estate investment firm M2G Ventures is redeveloping a 1.1 million square foot industrial property in Farmers Branch.
Located along Inwood Road, Inbound on Inwood is a 46-acre assemblage that offers a range of leasing options from 7,000 square feet to its total 1.1 million square feet and includes space for parking, offices as well as options for front-load, rear-load and cross docks.
Lee and Associates and Rich Young Company are working together on the leasing assignment for the former Tuesday Morning distribution facilities.
