Fort Worth firm moves into Dallas market with Bogart on Ross

Fort Worth-based firm M2G Ventures has made a move into Dallas. M2G Ventures has announced Bogart on Ross, a mixed-use redevelopment of a former CAN Academy campus, located in the heart of Old East Dallas and close to the Uptown and Lower Greenville neighborhoods.

“The Dallas market is competitive, and we were fortunate to acquire an asset with good bones and in a great location with this recent acquisition,” said Susan Gruppi, M2G Ventures co-president. “We are excited to bring Bogart to the Old East Dallas submarket as we feel confident with the plans we have developed for repurposing, branding, and storytelling.
