North Quarter 35 project breaks ground

M2G Ventures has released plans for a 640,000 square-foot, four-building Class A industrial development on land it acquired in April in the Alliance corridor.

The company said in a news release that the property is strategically located at I-35 and Golden Triangle Boulevard at 10705 N. Freeway, North Quarter 35 is surrounded by some of the top logistics companies in the area. Read more here.
