M2G Ventures Renovating Former TX Whiskey Building for Future Tenants

A major renovation is in the works for the former TX Whiskey building on West Vickery Boulevard, recently purchased by Fort Worth real estate company M2G Ventures. 

The renovation will include at least 27,000 square feet of “creative office opportunities” and “one large entertainment user,” according to M2G. There’s also space for between one and three food-and-beverage tenants, ranging from 1,500 to 5,000 square feet, along with onsite parking and enhanced patio opportunities. According to M2G, law firm Eberstein and Witherite are among the first to sign on as tenants. Read more here.
