GSBS Architects Leases Space at Adaptive Reuse Development
The rebirth of the historic Adkins-Polk Whole Grocers building in Fort Worth, Texas, into a modern, mixed-use project is continuing to attract new leases, this time with a lease from a Salt Lake City-based architecture rm.
GSBS Architects leased a 5,054-square-foot space at Proof at 901 W. Vickery Blvd. in Fort Worth within Vickery Village, according to a statement from developer M2G Ventures.
“We wanted a space to showcase our company culture and design viewpoint in a Fort Worth location full of exciting development and possibilities,” Sam Jones, managing director at GSBS Fort Worth, said in a statement.
GSBS currently lists its Fort Worth address at 7291 Glenview Drive; it was not immediately clear if the rm would be vacating this spot as part of its move to Proof. GSBS ofcials couldn’t be immediately reached for comment.
GSBS Architects joins Proof alongside the 15,000-square-foot, retro-style bowling alley Bowlounge, a 7,000-square-foot ofce space for Witherite Law Group and a 6,500- square-foot space for the commercial real estate rm Trinity Real Estate Investment Services.
Proof is now 84% lease with only 6,884 square feet of space remaining, according M2G Ventures.
“GSBS is the perfect addition to Proof as their vision for growth and approach to design complement our overall vision for the space. We anticipate the building to be fully leased by the end of the summer, as leasing has skyrocketed since bringing it to the market,” said Jessica Miller Essl, co-founder and co-president of M2G Ventures, in a statement.
