A Texas real estate firm founded by twin sisters has finished the transformation of a former East Dallas educational academy into a creative office building, which has landed its first office tenant in the face of the pandemic.
The sisters, Jessica Miller Essl and Susan Gruppi, have a history of completing creative upgrades in North Texas through their real estate firm M2G Ventures. This latest project transformed a former 50,000-square-foot educational academy at 4621 Ross Ave. into a boutique creative office building called The Bogart, with public art and a coffee shop along the Ross Avenue corridor leading into downtown Dallas.
