Where once there were noodles, now ice cream, coffee beans, and the rich aroma of leather fill a historic Fort Worth building as local entrepreneurs get to work.
One almost expects to see racks of drying pasta when walking through the O.B. Macaroni building just south of downtown Fort Worth. We did see mysterious machinery on the ground floor, but apparently the racks are located on one of the upper floors. While at least part of the building has been in existence since the 1860’s, the Fort Worth Macaroni Co. was founded at the turn of the 20th century. Read More.
