Bogart on Ross: Twin Sisters From Fort Worth Reimagine Old East Dallas School Campus

The identical twins behind M2G Ventures plan to transform the former CAN Academy campus into a new mixed-use redevelopment with a Humphrey Bogart-era vibe. The art-filled showcase will feature top amenities like an energy room with onsite Pelotons and a Zen library with ‘heads down’ space.

M2G Ventures, the development company founded in 2014 by sisters Susan Gruppi and Jessica Miller, announced that the former CAN Academy campus at 4621 Ross Ave will be redeveloped into Bogart on Ross. Read more here.
