Muckleroy & Falls
Client-Centered Commercial Contractor
With over 40 years of experience, Muckleroy & Falls has earned their place as one of the most highly respected commercial contractors in DFW. They are dedicated to fostering client-centered relationships and offer services ranging from construction management to Design/Build and beyond. As a family-owned and operated company that is built on relationships, including family, friend and business, they founded a set of core values including leadership, honesty, loyalty and work ethic that are the foundation on which their vision is built and govern their underlying decisions.
This past year, Muckleroy & Falls decided to expand their footprint in the metroplex by adding a Dallas office and found themselves at M2G’s Bogart. Since Bogart is a destination for visionaries seeking a creative office space, complete with a highly-sought after “caffeination station,” it was a perfect fit! We loved learning more about how Muckleroy & Falls got started and what drives them to continue offering only top-of-the-line services to their customers. In fact, you might even learn a little bit about the Tex-Mex offerings in Old East Dallas! Enjoy!
“The M&F Team is committed to exceeding our Client’s expectations and has a tremendous track record of doing so.”
– Lauren Taylor, Director of Marketing
Can you briefly describe all of the services that Muckleroy & Falls provides?
Muckleroy & Falls (M&F) is a client-centered commercial contractor with over 40 years of business in North Texas. M&F’s revered services include construction management, preconstruction, Design/Build, Design/Bid/Build, and BIM/VDC. Armed with professional staff, industry expertise, and a network of 3,000+ trade partners, the M&F team brings unmatched proficiency from preconstruction to close out. These attributes lay the groundwork for a collaborative team effort and result in a successful project for all stakeholders.
Muckleroy & Falls is dedicated to client-centered relationships. What does this mean to you?
The M&F Team is committed to exceeding our Client’s expectations and has a tremendous track record of doing so. Our top priority is ensuring our Clients, Owners, and Stakeholders are fully satisfied with our overall performance throughout each phase of the construction process. Communication methods, scheduling, budget, the final product, and warranty execution are essential factors to overall project success.
Taking a look at the Muckleroy & Falls timeline, it’s clear that relationships, both family and business partner, are a cornerstone of the company. What does family owned and operated mean to you?
Harold Muckleroy founded the Muckleroy Construction Company in 1979 and later brought in, good friend and colleague, Max Falls to the leadership team. Upon Harold and Max’s retirement in 2020, Zach Muckleroy stepped in as CEO along with Taylor Hale as President. The unique advantage to a family-owned and operated business is the ability to utilize local ties and relationships we have fostered for over 40 years and enhance the communities in which our families live.
Muckleroy & Falls was recently awarded the Riveredge Office project in Dallas’ Manufacturing District. Congratulations! Can you tell us more about this project?
We are thrilled to have recently broken ground on this highly-anticipated project in Dallas’ thriving Manufacturing District. The Riveredge Office is owned by Quadrant Investment Properties and designed by Merriman Anderson Architects and will offer 150,000 SF of CIP Class-A office space with a 530-spot parking garage.
From carefully curated artwork to a full coffee bar, Bogart has it all. What is your favorite amenity in the building?
On our way to the “Caffeination Station”, Bogart’s eccentric furnishings bring a nice change of scenery, and the drinks give us the extra oomph we need to finish our day motivated and energized!
Location is everything, and Old East Dallas has so much to offer! What is your favorite nearby restaurant or watering hole?
E-Bar is the best Tex-Mex in Dallas and is just blocks away from The Bogart. Great for lunch or a happy hour after work; Toller Patio is also a fun happy hour option and is within walking distance when the weather is nice.
